If you have a virtual address plan, you can use the special suite number we assign to you, as listed in our active member directory (e.g., Suite 358-A). Please follow the Google Business listing instructions to submit your business. Google will verify with the company we have listed here.
All legal documents can be submitted to: 9050 Pines Blvd, Suite 358, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
Once you complete Form 1583, we will add your business to our Virtual Membership Directory, which will help you verify your listing with Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other business directories.

If you are a Virtual Office member ( https://gpworkspace.com/virtual-office/) and need to pick up mail or a package, you will receive an email and SMS notification to pick up your mail. You will be prompted to input the code we emailed you when you receive your first package.
If coming in doesn't work, please reply to the email notification or contact us (https://gpworkspace.com/contact) if you would like us to invoice you for scanning or mailing your items.
If your invoices are current (hhttps://crm.globalpresence.support), we will hold your mail/package for ten days before returning it to the sender.
Please note that you will only receive an official virtual lease agreement if you prepay for the year, as described on the order page here.
Our offices, podcast studio, and conference rooms are available to our members 24/7 on demand through online booking. You can view our offices and space availability HERE (Go to Phase 2 to see calendars for each office).
Members must submit a one-time deposit of $50.00 to use the offices. The deposit is kept as long as the member wants to use the offices. This is a one-time payment unless the amount is deducted for overtime ($1 per minute), damages, or use of refreshments. Members can request a deposit refund at any time through our support portal or website.
