- You can reschedule up to one hour of your booking if the time you want is available or another time that works for you
- You can cancel and receive a refund 48 hours before your booking
- For cancelation and refund:
- Go to the booking page and cancel the appointment before the 48-hour deadline
- Go to the orders page and request a refund
- Your refund should arrive in 24 to 72 hours
- If you do not receive it after 72 hours or 3 business days please send us a message on our contact page
