Quality Assurance Record Keeping Agreement

Effective as of January 1st, 2022, all clients grant Global Presence Enterprises, LLC of 8362 Pines Blvd Unit 116, Pembroke Pines, Florida, 33024 / 9050 Pines Blvd Suite #358 Pembroke Pines FL, 33024 / All Other Offices, permission to record by video, security cameras, imagery, or phone audio all business interactions with Global Presence during office visits, sales, and customer service calls to company phone, staff/contractor cell phone, webcam meeting, or media devices. Media will be used privately for quality assurance, training, and settling staffing and legal disputes. 

By continuing in voice, webcam, or physical engagement with Global Presence Enterprises Staff or Contractor, you as a client consent to be recorded on all present and future calls with or without artificial voice "audio recording" notification. 

Permission is being given by Global Presence Client of Address on Client Profile, City on Client Profile, Florida, Zip Code on Client Profile (the "Recorded Party"), as more fully explained in this Quality Assurance Record-Keeping Agreement/Consent and Release. The undersigned is an adult fully authorized to sign this Consent and Release. 

THE UNDERSIGNED WARRANTS THAT THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ THIS CONSENT AND RELEASE BEFORE PAYMENT, THAT THE UNDERSIGNED UNDERSTANDS IT, AND THAT THE UNDERSIGNED FREELY ENTERS INTO THIS CONSENT AND RELEASE. 

I agree that Global Presence Enterprises, LLC may record my telephone calls, office visits, and web meetings for quality and training purposes.

Global Presence Client(S) Agrees To Terms At Point of Payment.
