Independent Contract Agreement

Business Partnership Agreement

This agreement serves to confirm that the Independent Contractor ("Contractor") fully understands the terms, expectations, and freedoms associated with their role, as communicated during the recruitment and onboarding process with Global Presence Enterprises LLC.

The Contractor is acknowledged as an Independent Contractor (IC) and not an employee, partner, agent, or participant in a joint venture with Global Presence Enterprises LLC.

Contractor Responsibilities and Acknowledgements:

  1. Independent Contractor Status:
    The Contractor agrees that they are not entitled to any employee benefits, including but not limited to fringe benefits, pension, retirement, or profit-sharing plans.

  2. Equipment Responsibility:
    The Contractor is responsible for any equipment leased or loaned by Global Presence Enterprises LLC. In the event that the equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, the Contractor must notify Global Presence immediately. The cost of the equipment may be deducted from the Contractor’s checking account or future payments.

  3. Freedom to Operate:
    The Contractor has the freedom to contract with other companies, set their own work schedule, and determine the best methods to complete the contracted projects. If the Contractor requires assistance, they may submit a support ticket via Global Presence Support.

Pay Period Agreement

Payments will be made according to the specified pay schedules. The Contractor is responsible for submitting invoices to the accounting team by the end of the pay period to ensure payment by the next check date. The Contractor acknowledges that pay periods may vary depending on the nature of their work.

Termination Clause

Both parties have the right to terminate or void this agreement at any time with written or email notification. The relationship between the Contractor and Global Presence Enterprises LLC is entirely "at will."
