Members of GP Workspace who have registered online can access the building and our shared mailbox 24/7. We have cameras and staff monitoring mail and packages 24/7 in Suite 358.
After they sign up, the last four digits of their phone number in their account profile will be inputted into the smart lock within 24 business hours. If you have any issues accessing the office and mailbox, please get in touch with our support team from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and chat with us by WhatsApp.
Once we receive a package or mail on your behalf, you will receive an email that looks like this a:

📦 Your mail/package is in Suite 358, within the mail and refreshment room.
🏢 You have 24/7 access to the building. When entering from the front, use *CODE_EMAILED-LATER on the keypad after hours, then head to Suite 358. Please enter the last four digits of your phone number (as listed in our records) to access the room and then press the checkmark at the bottom ✅.
📫 Once inside the mail room, please enter the code 363 (watch our private video tutorial for details) on the shared mailbox. Only take mail with your company name on the yellow clasp envelope. Kindly leave the yellow clasp envelope in the mailbox to reuse it. For security, a camera monitors this area. 📹 In the future, we plan to install individual mailboxes, similar to a post office setup.

🔄 If your invoices are up-to-date, we’ll hold your mail/package for ten days before returning it to the sender. If there are any outstanding payments, please open a ticket to discuss how best to handle your mail.
