GPWorkspace.com: Private Office Reservation Details Suite #358 & #363

Below is the information you will need to access and utilize the Suite effectively.

1) How To Reserve Physical Offices: 

1.1 - STEP 1: Register by paying your $50.00 incidental deposit. Once you do, your account will be created, and you should remain logged in. If not log back in here.

1.2 - STEP 2: Login into your new account, choose the office you want, go to Phase 2, view the calendar, pick your time, and make payment. This quick video tutorial will guide you.

2) Early Access: 

2.1 - As a courtesy, we permit early access to Room 5 minutes before your scheduled booking time, provided the previous occupant has vacated or is in the process of vacating. Should the room remain occupied at the 55th minute of the hour, please inform us so we can issue a reminder. If the room is available, you are welcome to enter up to 5 minutes early to prepare. However, please note that entry is officially granted at the exact start time of your booking; early access is provided as a courtesy to facilitate smooth transitions.

3) Time: 

3.1 - We give every guest a 5-minute buffer to transition. Why it is imperative that you be exiting the room at the 55th minute.

4) Reschedule: 

4.1 - You can reschedule up to one hour of your booking if the time you want is available. Access rescheduling tutorial.

5) Cancel, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy: 

5.1 - You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. To initiate a refund or reschedule, please log in to your account and navigate to the order you wish to modify. To initiate the refund process: 1) Go to booking page and cancel 2) Go to the orders page and request a refund. Access cancel/refund tutorial.

9) SECURITY: 

9.1 - Concerning privacy and security, outside movements are tracked by camera. 

10) DOOR CODE:

10.2 - If we did not receive your cell phone number or code does not work, please call & SMS (754) 354-5861 / (305) 985-2728 / support@gpworkspace.com or submit a WhatsApp message or  support ticket.

11) LOCKING DOOR:

11.1 - When leaving, press and hold the same shield with the checkmark button for 10 seconds to lock the main office door securely. If you have problems the door will lock automatically after 30 seconds.

12) AFTER-HOURS:

12.1 - The building closes on weekdays after 7:00 p.m., Saturdays 2:00 p.m. and on Sundays it is closed. You will need this Entrance Code emailed when you reserve

13) WIFI INFORMATION: 

13.1 - WIFI login credentials will be shared on the platform you reserved the office (i.e., gpworkspace.com. liquidpsace.com, gigster.com, etc.) or sent to you by email/SMS or phone. Please put the key back into the lockbox and shuffle the code.

14) BATHROOMS: 

14.1 - Bathrooms are on each floor behind the elevators on the Westside. You can access 24/7 without a code. Watch the tutorial
