1. Confidentiality and Trade Secret Protection

  • Users must protect the confidentiality of all information they encounter within GPWorkspace.com and its affiliated spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, customer lists, intellectual property, and trade secrets of other users or companies within the coworking space.
  • Disclosure of any confidential information without consent is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services.
  • Users must ensure that discussions or meetings held in shared spaces do not compromise confidential information, including the use of noise-cancelling devices or reserving private meeting rooms for sensitive conversations.
  • GPWorkspace.com shall not be liable for any eavesdropping, intentional or unintentional, that occurs in open coworking spaces; however, reasonable measures must be taken by all users to protect their information.

2. Liability for Damages

  • Users, including their guests and invitees, are responsible for any damage to GPWorkspace.com property, including but not limited to desks, chairs, technology equipment, and other facilities.
  • Users authorize GPWorkspace.com to charge them for the repair or replacement costs of any damages caused by themselves, their guests, or invitees.
  • GPWorkspace.com reserves the right to inspect the premises and bill users for any damages that may have occurred during the time the premises were reserved for their use.

3. Security and Monitoring

  • GPWorkspace.com premises may be monitored by video surveillance for security purposes. By using the premises, users acknowledge and consent to such monitoring.
  • Users may be required to present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon entering the premises, and GPWorkspace.com reserves the right to deny access to any individual without proper identification.
  • Digital security: Users are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the GPWorkspace.com network, including accessing private networks or data that is not explicitly made available to them.

4. Non-transferability of Memberships

  • Memberships and services provided by GPWorkspace.com are non-transferable. Users are not permitted to share their account credentials or membership privileges with other individuals or third parties.
  • Misuse of membership, such as sharing access to physical or virtual spaces, may result in termination of services and possible legal action.

5. Data Protection and Compliance

6. Intellectual Property

  • Users are prohibited from copying, taking, or using any intellectual property belonging to other members or companies within the coworking space. This includes, but is not limited to, business names, trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade dress.
  • Any intellectual property developed within GPWorkspace.com remains the property of its rightful owner and must not be appropriated by other users.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • GPWorkspace.com reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will only apply to users who are not currently bound by older contracts. Users will be notified of any updates to the terms via the GPWorkspace.com website, and continued use of services will imply acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination and Suspension

  • GPWorkspace.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for any user who violates these terms. In the event of termination, users must promptly remove all personal property from the premises.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • GPWorkspace.com is not responsible for any property left behind by users. It is the responsibility of users to ensure that all personal belongings are retrieved before leaving the premises.
  • GPWorkspace.com will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property belonging to users or their guests.
